Art Direction Process
As part of my role as Senior Art Director, I triaged team intakes, which involved understanding the business context of the ask, putting together proposals and assigning tasks to team members, under the Creative Director’s approval. For my own tasks, I would then create briefs with the full business context then go through three rounds of work with the an illustrator: grayscale sketches, full color, and refining final deliverables. Below is an overview of the process for a project called “A/B Tests.”
