After working on the Marketing Messages video completely in house, a video request with an even tighter timeline came across the team’s intakes while the Creative Director was out of office.
I reached out to cross-company creatives to source an external vendor who was already onboarded to Meta. Onboarding takes approximately three months, so this allowed my team to meet the partner team’s deadline without overstretching our own team bandwidth.
From there, I delegated script writing to a content designer on the WhatsApp team and put together a brief for Mediaverse. Mediaverse and I went through three rounds of art direction feedback, and below is the resulting video that is live on the Shopify WhatsApp store.
